Using floating sound healing, gentle 9D breathwork, and water immersion, we guide the body out of fight-or-flight and into a parasympathetic state, where healing, repair, and regulation naturally occur.

✨ THE EXPERIENCE FLOW
We invite you to arrive about 15 minutes early, allowing your body time to transition into the space and begin slowing down before the experience begins.
Upon arrival, you will check in and be guided to your float or lounge setup. You will receive headphones for a fully immersive sound and breath experience, and have time to get comfortable in your space.
For those who feel called, there will be an optional cleansing to gently release anything you may be carrying and prepare your body for the journey ahead.
Once everyone is settled, we begin with a gentle grounding to bring you fully into your body.
From there, we move into a guided 9D breathwork journey led by Dr. Rachel Sims, LPC, using slow, intentional breath patterns and immersive audio to guide your nervous system out of stress and into a calm, regulated state.
As your body begins to open and soften, the experience transitions into floating sound healing led by Se7en Waves practitioners, where layered frequencies and live instrumentation move through the body, deepening relaxation and supporting integration.
The sound becomes the anchor.

We close with a grounding and gratitude-based integration, allowing your body to fully absorb the experience, reconnect, and return feeling restored, present, and supported.

Do I have to float to participate?
No, the lounge option allows you to receive the full experience without being on the water.
Will I get wet?
You may get slightly wet when stepping onto or off of the float. We recommend bringing a change of clothes just in case.
Do I need to know how to swim?
No, the water is shallow and staff will be there to guide and support you.
What should I bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring anything that helps you relax, such as a blanket or eye mask.
How long is the experience?
The full experience is approximately 90 minutes from start to finish.
Are tickets refundable?
All sales are final unless ticket protection is purchased.
What if it rains?
If weather impacts the event, it will be rescheduled or refunded accordingly.
Is this safe if I am pregnant or have medical conditions?
