In a world that often feels unpredictable and overwhelming, this workshop with Lisa Coyle offers a gentle, supportive space to reconnect with your body and steady your mind. It’s designed for anyone who wants to strengthen their response to stress, build resilience, and experience more ease—especially if you find yourself struggling to fall asleep or stay asleep.
Join us to learn how to work with your nervous system rather than against it through simple yet powerful practices. This workshop focuses on cultivating a sense of empowerment and giving you practical tools to influence how you respond to stress, both in the moment and over time. You’ll also gain techniques specifically designed to support deeper, more restorative sleep.
The session involves very minimal physical movement, making it accessible to all levels. Instead, we’ll emphasize guided breathing patterns that activate the body’s natural relaxation response. You’ll be gently led into an “active resting” state—a place where your body can unwind deeply while your awareness remains present. From here, you’ll begin to develop the ability to access profound relaxation, and even transition toward sleep with greater ease.
By the end of the workshop, you can expect to feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your nervous system and a toolkit of techniques to help you navigate stress, rest more effectively, and improve your overall physical and emotional well-being.
