Galleri Kronborg is delighted to presents its second exhibition of 2026: Remote Viewers with artists Gair Dunlop (Scotland) and Matthew Flintham (Norway).Time update: Join us for the opening on Sunday, April 19. To walk together up to Galleri Kronborg on Rundemanen mountain, meet outside the Fløistuen butikk and Kafe (at the top of Fløyen) at 14:00. If you go to the galleri by yourself, the opening starts at 15:00. Like always we will bring some tea and snacks for the top.
Remote Viewers is a project that will bring together two remote sites separated by 600km of ocean. Gallery Kronborg, situated on the top of Rundemanen mountain (Bergen, Norway), will host a collaboration with Bervie Brow Research Station (near Aberdeen, Scotland) - a remote, Cold-War era defence bunker which now operates as a cultural research centre. Artists Gair Dunlop and Matthew Flintham will show new photographic and sculptural works that establish a connection between these two remote sites which are united by precarious histories of conflict and extreme environmental challenges.
The opening event will also host a live video connection with Bervie Brow Research Station in Scotland where a simultaneous event will be taking place. If all goes well, a dialogue between remote artists and spaces will be established.
