Remember the Ladies: Law, Property and Education

NEW DATE!!!!!! Due to several circumstances, including speaker's recent knee surgery and some exciting changes we will announce soon, we've had to change the date for this program. Also, because of the big change this will be the last in the series, although we had originally planned to do six of these. But we are already working on a new series for next year.

We've talked a lot about women's contribution to the Revolution. What makes those contributions even more remarkable were the confines of their live.

Law, property, and education with regard to women created confining barriers to their playing a significant role in the Revolution, and yet they did.

In this program we will talk about the lack of freedom and opportunity for women as they fought for greater freedom and opportunity for a new country.
