About this Event
Join me on the mat as we wind down, release the tension of the week, and realign in this hatha style yoga class. In this class we will intentionally hold poses for longer and use our breath to realign our minds and bodies. Perfect for a Saturday reset.
Come as you are, leave a little clearer and lighter than you walked in.
*Mats can be provided if needed. *
By signing up for this class you represent and warrant that you am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition(s) that would limit my participation in the classes offered by Tru Wellness doing business as Breath and Balance Wellness Studios, you agree to follow all instructions so that I can safely participate in yoga classes. you acknowledge that participation in yoga classes or any other fitness exercise classes exposes me to possible risks of personal injury. You are fully aware of these risks and hereby release Sherrye Giggers, and/or any other persons who may teach at Tru Wellness doing business as Breath and Balance Wellness Studios from any and all liability, negligence, or other claims arising from, or in any way connected with my participation in their yoga classes and any other exercise classes offered by them.
