From there, the sound bath carries you even deeper, soothing your mind with immersive vibrations that enhance relaxation, support emotional reset, and leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and fully reconnected.

Breathwork overview
Conscious connected breathing is a continuous, rhythmic breathing practice with no pauses between the inhale and exhale, done with full awareness. It helps calm the nervous system, release stored stress or emotions, increase energy and clarity, and promote emotional balance and self-awareness.
Emotional release
This type of breathwork can bring emotion out that may have been in the background for a long time. Please be aware of this and make sure you’re comfortable with the idea of having an emotional release.
