For individuals who work within a role where they support people who experience grief, loss and bereavement
About this Event

Our counsellors are hosting a supportive session for those who care for people experiencing loss. We invite you to join us to deepen your understanding of the grieving process and gain practical tools for support.

By the end of the session, you will explore:

  • The subtle differences between grief, loss, and bereavement
  • Key frameworks for understanding how people grieve
  • The "normalcy" of grief and how it impacts individuals differently
  • What makes a grieving process more complex
  • Practical ways to offer care both immediately after a death and in the long term
