Relaxing Sound Bath Bedford, 24th November, at the Place Theater Bedford

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and mindful experience. You will lie down comfortably and allow to be bathed in the vibrations of various healing instruments. Many different instruments will be used to create healing vibrations such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes and drums.

Please bring along with you:

• a yoga mat
• a blanket
• pillow
• water
• eye mask (optional)

There is plenty of free parking on site and there is bar on the ground floor that participants are welcome to relax and enjoy a beverage prior to the event.

Refund policy
Full refund no questions asked up until mid day Thursday 24/10. After that it will depend if I can book someone else in your place.
