A 50 minute non-heated restorative yoga practice followed by a 30 minute candlelight savasana with auricular acupuncture.
Attendees receive relaxation tea mix to take home!
All levels welcome. No yoga experience needed.

Auricular Acupuncture uses thin needles on up to five specific points of the ear based on the NADA model. Acupuncture helps address blockages of “Qi” to restore natural, healthy energy flow.
