Together we slow down, feel the connection between us, speak to our experiences, drop into our bodies, and relate from the present moment. Our aim is more truth, love, and healing in connection with ourselves and each other.
Through guided group practices, dyads, and triads, you’ll explore how to:
• Feel more grounded and present in your body
• Communicate with clarity, honesty, and empathy
• Recognize and shift relational patterns
• Connect with others with more depth, authenticity, and discernment
• Stay centered while holding complexity and discomfort in connection
• Expand your relational capacity with embodied presence, curiosity, openness, and care
• Practice attunement and build group coherence
