Across masterclasses, asana labs, breathwork, meditation, heart talks (philosophy) and hands-on exploration, you’ll dive into the core principles of Alex’s approach - an embodied, interconnected path to sustainable, mindful practice.

This immersion is open to anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of yoga as a mindful, embodied practice and to integrate it into daily life. This immersion counts as Yoga Alliance Continuing Education for certified yoga teachers.
ALEX PEREZ is a yoga teacher and a licensed medical doctor. He uses his profound anatomical and physiological knowledge to adapt his guidance to the unique physiognomy of each of his students, herewith creating a safe environment for all to freely express their body wisdom through movement. Alex teaches workshops, trainings and festivals internationally. He is currently based in Berlin, Germany.
