You’ll begin with fully supported yoga poses designed to melt away tension and guide your body into a state of deep rest led by Kevin. As you settle in, Cristin will be giving Reiki to all participants to harmonize and balance your energy, encouraging a sense of ease and serenity.
To complete your journey, the calming vibrations of a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath will wash over you, creating a meditative space that nurtures both your mind and soul.
This workshop is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience profound relaxation. No experience is needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to receive.
