Grief is a natural human response to loss. It is a reflection of what we love. Grief can be a strong, painful, and sometimes overwhelming emotion. This practice will create space for you to sit with the grief that is unique to you and assist in clearing a pathway for healing. Yoga, meditation, and Reiki will aid in reducing grief-related stress, tension, and fatigue. Class led by Angela Fallon, 5OOhr Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner and Master in training.
About the Instructor: Angela's first love was working as a chef. As a CIA graduate she found great satisfaction and reward making people happy with food and inspiring others to have fun in the kitchen. One day she stumbled into a yoga studio in search of something. It did not take long before she fell in love with the practice and the (yoga) steadiness. Fast forward six years (2018), yearning for more, she registered for the YogaWorks 200 hour teacher training at Monmouth Beach Yoga. The search continued and her intention was to deepen her own practice. What she found was the ability to be...be herself, on her own journey. And she continues to practice the balance of being somewhere between a donut and a juice cleanse. On this journey, she discovered her passion to share this with others. She continued as an apprentice at MBY, completed Restorative Yoga Teacher Certification, Yin Yoga Teacher Certification, continued to teach and completed her 300 Yoga Teacher Training at The Yoga Hive. She is completing her studies for certification as a Reiki master. Angela continues to love teaching and creating space for people to be happy right where they are.
