Join us for a New Moon Meditation, Reiki Release, and Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. In this workshop, you will be guided through a seated meditation where we will focus on the New Moon. After the meditation, the group will be provided with pen and paper to write out an intention of something they would like to bring into their lives. You can take the paper home and leave it someplace you can see it throughout the next couple weeks. Once our intentions have been placed on paper, the crystal bowl sound bath will begin.
Through the process of meditation and crystal bowls, each person will receive Reiki in a group setting. Reiki works to restore the body, mind, and spirit to balance.
You will be experiencing the synergistic effect of having two practitioners throughout one event!
