🌿 REIKI LEVEL ONE: TUNING INTO YOUR INNER HEALER

Reiki Level One is a new beginning for you and your awareness of your
energy body. A gentle yet powerful initiation into channeling universal
life force energy for your own healing, balance, and self-discovery.

In this foundational training, you will:

• Learn the history and spiritual principles of Reiki

• Explore the subtle energy body & chakras

• Practice grounding, clearing, and protecting your energy

• Learn traditional hand placements for self-healing

• Experience breathwork and a guided meditation practice for self
healing

• Receive four sacred attunements to activate your Reiki channel

After the training, a 21-day integration period helps support emotional
release, energetic alignment, and lasting personal transformation.

✨ Certification Included✨

Upon completion, you will be certified in First Degree Usui Reiki (Usui
Shiki Ryoho Lineage).

I honestly didn't know what to expect when I signed up for this Reiki training, but it ended up being such a personal and meaningful experience for me. I came in feeling a bit disconnected and curious, and I left feeling more grounded, open, and in tune with myself than I have in a long time.
