In this transformative 4-hour Reiki Level One training, you will embark on a journey to awaken your natural healing abilities and tap into the powerful energy of Reiki. This hands-on workshop is designed for beginners and those seeking to deepen their connection to the universal life force energy.
This session will include the following elements:
*The foundational principles of Reiki and how it works Techniques to channel healing energy for self-care.
*The subtle body theory of energy and the chakra system.
*The history and philosophy of Reiki, along with its ethical guidelines
*Guided meditations to enhance your intuitive abilities
*Reiki attunement, which opens and strengthens your energy channels, allowing you to channel healing energy more effectively.
You will also receive a certificate of completion, marking your entry into the world of Reiki healing. Whether you are looking to enhance your personal wellness or begin a path as a Reiki practitioner, this workshop provides the tools and knowledge to start your journey. By the end of the session, you’ll have the confidence to use Reiki for self-healing and to share the energy with pets, plants and close circle friends and family.

Michelle Voeller (Parmita) has dedicated nearly three decades to the study of energy, movement, and mindfulness. A certified Reiki Master Teacher (2018) with over a decade of deep immersion in the Healing Arts and energy meditation, she brings an intuitive, grounded approach to her trainings and attunements.
Michelle’s extensive background as a holistic educator includes creating and operating Harmony Yoga studio in Denver (2006–2015), practicing as an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, and developing comprehensive teacher trainings, workshops, and international retreats. A former Colorado high school educator, she seamlessly blends pedagogical mastery with sacred wisdom. Honored by Yoga Master Sri Baba Hari Dass with the spiritual name Parmita ("Limitless"), Michelle is profoundly grateful to hold space for others as they awaken their own healing power and energetic mastery.
