Join us in Carolina Beach State Park on October 17, 2026 to celebrate Great Trails State Day with a Halloween themed trail run.
We start the day with a Youth XC Meet run through the trails of Carolina Beach State Park, including Fly Trap Trail. We will have 2K for 8&under, a 3K course for 9-10 &11-12, and a 4K course for the 13-14 year olds. Our last race of the day is a 5K for the 15-18 year olds which we also invite the community to join us on the trails for.
Our youth cross country meet can be found on Athletic.net to add to your clubs calendar and for registration $15/athlete or $150/team
All proceeds from the Monster Dash support Cape Fear Flyers a 100% volunteer run 501(c)3 nonprofit youth running club.
