Guided by Melissa D'Errico, who has been practicing Reiki since 1987, this experience is designed to introduce you to the foundational principles, practices, and spiritual wisdom of Reiki in a grounded, supportive environment.
Reiki Level I Attunement is meant to be more than just a certification and not a one-and-done. It is a practice to be integrated into daily life. Before moving on to Level II, students are encouraged to spend time working with the energy, developing self-practice, deepening their awareness, and embodying the principles of Reiki. Level I lays the foundation for personal healing, connection, and understanding. Taking time to live and practice the teachings allows the student to build confidence, sensitivity, and a meaningful relationship with Reiki before advancing to the next level.
During this Integrative Level I training, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement (or a powerful refresher for previously attuned practitioners), opening and strengthening your ability to channel Universal Life Force Energy for healing, grounding, protection, and energetic balance.
Through guided instruction, discussion, meditation, and hands-on practice, you will learn how to:
