About this Event
Reiki Level 1 is the beginning of your Reiki journey and focuses on self-healing, energy awareness, and foundational hands-on techniques.
This one-day immersive training is designed for beginners and those feeling called to deepen their spiritual and healing practice. You will receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement, learn the history and principles of Reiki, and practice traditional hand positions in a supportive, trauma-informed space.
No prior experience is required — only an open heart and curiosity.
By the end of the day, you will be able to confidently practice Reiki on yourself and others.

Facilitator
Shelly Lynn is a Reiki Master Teacher who has been practicing and teaching Reiki since 2017, a RYT 500 Registered Yoga Teacher with over three years of experience, and a Sound Alchemy Practitioner.
She is the CEO and Founder of Balanced Souls, where she offers trauma-informed, heart-centered healing experiences that support deep restoration and self-connection.
Rooted in traditional Usui Reiki and enhanced through sound healing, yoga, and nervous system–aware practices, Shelly’s work bridges spirituality and embodiment. Her approach emphasizes safety, presence, and empowerment, allowing participants to gently access healing at their own pace.
Shelly is known for her calm, grounded presence and her ability to hold safe, inclusive space. Her teaching style blends clear instruction, intuitive guidance, and practical integration, making her trainings accessible to beginners while still deeply meaningful for experienced practitioners.
