Step into a nourishing evening of sound and energy healing designed to soothe your nervous system and restore your inner balance.

You'll be gently guided into relaxation with a heart-centred meditation, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls tuned to 432Hz, Koshi chimes tuned to the four elements, and the subtle flow of Reiki energy healing.

As the crystal tones clear and harmonise your energy centres, Reiki works on a deep, intuitive level—supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic alignment. Reiki is omniscient (all knowing) and will work on your own individual needs at the time. The delicate sounds of Koshi chimes connect you to the elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, helping you return to your natural rhythm and sense of wholeness.

Simply come as your beautiful self and enjoy the treat of receiving, just for you!

Please arrive on time and bring whatever you need to be comfortable for example a mat and blankets, pillow and eye mask and water.
