Whether a newcomer to meditation or a longtime practitioner, this inspirational 3-evening intensive course offers a unique chance to hear from two widely travelled international speakers, sharing their knowledge, humour, insights and guidance together for the first time.

Jogyata and Pradhan have had many years under the guidance of the late spiritual master Sri Chinmoy, and ‘Seven Secrets’ share these insights and key teachings in three special evenings together. This is a structured, progressive course, no admission after the second evening please. Ongoing free courses will offer group practice sessions to help deepen the meditation experience.
