Morning Beach Meditation – Cheltenham Beach (Devonport)

Join Alex from Melbourne, visiting Auckland for a limited time, for a 45-minute guided meditation and breathwork session at Cheltenham Beach. This session focuses on calming the nervous system, slowing the mind, and easing into the day with clarity.

Alex teaches meditation through Enso Meditation and brings a grounded, practical style shaped by years of teaching both beginners and long-term practitioners. This session offers a chance to practise with him while he’s in Auckland.

This event is part of a 3-day Auckland beach meditation series, with sessions also happening at Mission Bay and Long Bay. You’re welcome to attend one or more.
