Reiki energy healing holistically addresses the energetic balance of our mental, emotional, physical, & spiritual self.

This group session is perfect for anyone! From those familiar with Reiki to absolute beginners! Ask all questions, discuss energetic wellbeing, & experience the relaxation & healing of Reiki

Alyssa is a trauma-informed Reiki Master who deeply values the safety, autonomy, & wellbeing of every client she works with. With a background rooted in science & spirituality, she acts as a bridge between grounded practicality & energetic awareness.

When we grant ourselves permission to truly rest, we can heal & align with our unique essence or higher self. Living well can begin with this session! Do no work at all (except showing up!) & soak in all the goodness of Reiki!
