Please find the details of my Reiki First Degree course. This course will run over 2 days. You must complete both days.
Each Day will run approx 10am-5pm
Please arrive at 9.45am so we start on time and be prepared we may run slightly over.
It is advised to rest as much as possible leading up to the course and not have other commitments on the study days. Your energy will shift so you may feel more tired than usual.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
When you learn Reiki, you start with First Degree to learn how to work on yourself, family and friends. You receive 4 attunements during the weekend that will lift and open your energy system so you can channel energy from the Universal source of Love and Light.
You are then able to then do healing treatments on yourself and you will go on a 30 day self healing journey. During this time you will work only on yourself. It is a beautiful journey of self discovery and self healing.
I will also teach you how to work with the power of intention and as well as learning how to do a reiki treatment on your self. I also cover how to work on other people and animals if you wish so that you can practice on your friends and family.
Also, I will teach you how to create a sacred space, clear energy and protect yourself too.
The intention is always for people to leave my Reiki first degree course with the confidence, knowledge and skills to do healing on themselves to learn how to let go of stress, be more centered, grounded, anchored and happy, feel more empowered in themselves and in with life and to know they can give healing for whatever life presents to themselves or their loved ones. So we shift from a place of fear into love, speak our truth and find our true purpose.
The cost of the weekend is £200. I am happy to take payment instalments as long as the course is paid in full 4 weeks before it starts. The deposit is non refundable and non transferable.
I only teach small classes so places are limited.
Questions are always welcome and I encourage them before you commit. The studio is a safe space without any judgement, ego or control instead we work with joy, love, fun, laughter and kindness to each other and ourselves.
