While Heather offers gentle Reiki energy, Linda will guide you through a sound journey using crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes and drums to infuse the vibration healing tones. This immersive experience is designed to help release tension, clear energy blocks, and leave you feeling balanced and restored.
Please dress comfortably and bring anything that will support your rest: yoga mat, blankets, bolsters, pillows, and water. There will be time to journal and reflect on your experience.
