About this Event
Join the Reher Center for a lively morning of storytelling and artmaking at our next Reher Reads for Kids program!
Together, we’ll read Coquí in the City by Nomar Perez, a vibrant story about a young frog adjusting to life in a new city while staying connected to home, family, and culture. After the reading, children will create their own colorful paper frog craft inspired by the story.
This free family program is recommended for children ages 3–8, though all are welcome.
Reher Reads for Kids is a children’s storytime and craft series hosted by the Reher Center for Immigrant Culture and History, connecting stories, creativity, and community through hands-on activities.
Please note: The Reher Center gallery is located on the second floor and is currently accessible only by stairs.
