Mondays (10am - 11am)Start your week in a grounded, supportive space designed to build nervous system awareness and regulation through breath, mindful awareness, and somatic tools.
This 60-minute, trauma-informed class integrates guided regulation breathing, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) techniques, visualization, and somatic awareness-based practices to support a deeper connection to your body, breath and nervous system regulation.
Each session begins with gentle, guided practices to help you settle, orient, and ground; followed by brief teachings and guided explorations that may include body-based awareness, visualization, and breath-centered practices. Throughout the class, you’ll be invited to move at your own pace, with a strong emphasis on choice, safety, and self-awareness.
Each session is designed to help you build awareness of your internal experience while staying within a range that feels manageable and supportive.
We close every class with a 15-minute, minimally guided regulation breath practice; giving you space to settle, integrate, and reconnect before returning to your day.
This is not about pushing intensity or achieving a particular state. It’s about building a sustainable relationship with your nervous system over time.
No prior experience needed. Join at any time.
