Our next Upward 5K Challenge class is starting Saturday, May 23rd at 10am.This class is an opportunity to grow in your spiritual abilities while growing in your spiritual relationship with God. It is a 12 week running/walking program, meeting each week on Saturdays at 10am.
These classes are for beginners and returning runners/walkers, and will take you through the basics of running/walking, and spiritual growth through the 12 week program.
The class will graduate with the "Run Through the Pines" in August around our beautiful Lake Gregory, where you'll receive your Finisher Medal.
As part of this program, you'll receive a 5K Challenge Book, a sport tee shirt, finisher medal, and lots of encouragement and growth. We can't wait to get you started.
