When external situations feel unsettling and challenging it is essential to establish inner protection. With this inner protection we are empowered to maintain our inner peace; our wisdom and good heart, in all difficult situations.
We create this inner protection through the practice of going for refuge to the Three Jewels: Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. In this retreat, through talks, guided meditation, and discussion, we will discover how to apply this rich and wonderful practice to our own lives.
Each session will include a teaching, chanted prayers and a guided meditation. Everyone is welcome!
$60. $20 / day. Free for members
There will be refreshment breaks between sessions.
