About this Event

Reflections | A Drummond Collective Gathering

Join us for the second gathering of the Drummond Collective. This one takes place at the Gibbes Museum of Art for a special afternoon with artist, filmmaker, and photographer Joshua Parks.

This cultural excursion offers a chance to experience Parks’ solo exhibition, Reflections, on its final day at the Gibbes Museum. Parks will be in attendance to share insight into his work, followed by a guided viewing and opportunity for discussion.

Stephanie Allen, Associate Curator of Programs, will also offer remarks and perspective on the exhibition.

Guests will also receive a brief introduction to Mary Whyte’s Salt of the Earth before having time to independently explore both exhibitions and the museum.

The Drummond Collective is a new series of cultural excursions created to bring our community together beyond the gallery walls through art, culture, and shared experiences.
