2026 Lowcountry 4-H Convention Booth Registration

Save the date for our FIRST Lowcountry 4-H Convention taking place September 19, 2026 from 10a-4p at the Citadel Mall in Charleston!

The 2026 Lowcountry 4-H Convention is meant to increase awareness and support of the South Carolina 4-H Youth Development Program as well as the services of Clemson University Cooperative Extension. Our additional goal is to significantly increase community participation, Lowcountry volunteerism, and local partnerships in the area. There will be educational and insightful workshops hosted by various Clemson Extension programs and teams, 4-H competitions, mock 4-H meetings, as well as a sponsored back-to-school giveaway.

Two highlights of this event will be our Vendor Market and Community Resources Fair, open from 11am-4pm on the day of the convention.

The Vendor Market is open to all local businesses (preference given to small businesses and solo-entrepreneurs) including, but not limited to, craftspersons and artisans, farmers, and cottage food sellers. 8-foot table booths are available for $100. Setup for the Vendor Market starts at 9:30am.

The Community Resources Fair is open to all local nonprofits, community groups, and agencies that support community aid, growth, and welfare. 6-foot table booths are available for FREE. Setup for the Community Resources Fair starts at 10am. If you require additional time for your booth setup, please email [email protected] for additional support.
Please note that while tables are provided, vendors should bring their own chairs. Further, vendors may not have tents or side walls/canopy tops due to fire codes, space constraints, and lighting considerations. Also, NO services or products may be sold at the Community Resources Fair. Community agencies and nonprofits that also sell products or services may have a second booth in the Vendor Market. Any booth in the Community Resources Fair found to be conducting sales on mall property will be asked to leave and will no longer be invited to future events.

Refund statement: Full payment is due upon registration. No refunds will be issued within four weeks of the start of the event. Refunds for Sponsorships MUST be requested in writing to [email protected] or via the Eventbrite system.
