Let's go for a mindful and reflective walk.

We meet in a park in Berlin for a "Feierabend" walk. I'll bring reflective questions and you will have the chance reflect on your own and discuss in a supportive community.

The topics and questions are an invitation. You are welcome to discuss these and anything that is on your mind. We will follow the following format:

• Silent walk
• Deep questions
• Topic-related questions
• Perspective change
