A community movement and journaling experience to reinvigorate your mind-body connection. Your wisdom and creativity are calling
About this Event

We move through so much noise every day: work, responsibilities, screens, social media, and the constant pull of our attention outward. Sometimes what we need most is simply a little space to come back to ourselves.

Reflect & Restore is a welcoming, all-levels experience combining gentle somatic movement with guided reflective journaling to help you slow down, soften physical tension, quiet the mental chatter, and reconnect with what’s happening within.photos of you that you sent over.

Led by local yoga instructor Monica Percich of The Yoga Tree LA, you'll move through easy, intuitive movement and guided writing prompts designed to cultivate greater awareness, clarity, and connection between body and mind.

Think of it as a date with yourself. Time set aside to move, breathe, listen, write, and see what emerges.

No yoga experience, writing experience or flexibility required. Come exactly as you are.

What to Bring

• A journal or notebook

• A pen, pencil or anything you enjoy writing or doodling with

• A yoga mat or blanket for sitting and lying down

• Soft, comfortable clothing you can move freely in

• An open mind

What to Expect

Ground & Settle

Gentle breathing and sensory practices help you arrive and become present in the space.

Somatic Movement

Slow, intuitive movement focuses less on how a pose looks and more on how movement feels from within. No prior yoga or movement experience is needed.

Reflective Journaling

Guided prompts create space to capture the thoughts, insights, questions and creative ideas that emerge through movement.

Community Connection

We'll close with an optional supportive circle share. Participate or simply listen.
