Reflect & Align practice was the annual end-of-the-year practice. Most of us can agree if we want to move in a new direction or create lasting changes we need to reflect and align more than once a year!
The Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice are significant events in the Earth’s annual journey around the sun. They mark key points in the changing of the seasons and provide an opportunity for reflection and alignment.
We gather to honour the changes happening within and around us. This is an invitation to deepen your connection and appreciation to nature -through making a mandala, our intentions, core values and use the support of cyclical nature for our evolution and soul purpose.
Expect mandala making, mantra chanting, and simple movement to prepare you for a guided seasonal Yoga Nidra to access a sense of effortless awareness and deep restoration.
Allowing time for reflection, self-inquiry and connection to yourself and others.
