REDEMPTION ROASTERS X DULWICH RUNNERS - Monthly Sunday morning run club🏃♀️
Free barista made drink for each runner at the end.
The route - TBC
There will be two (or more) pace groups to accommodate everyone who wants to join the run.
Sunday 22nd March - departing at 8:45am from Redemption Roasters Dulwich, arrive 10-15 minutes before!
Bag Drop: Please note we have very limited space for a bag drop, so pack light!
Quick guide: Syncing routes to Garmin
1. The setup (do this once):
• In Garmin Connect app: Settings >Connected Apps > Strava.
• Make sure Courses is toggled ON.
2. To add the route:
• Open the Strava link above.
• Tap the Star (Save) icon so it turns orange.
• Sync your watch with the Garmin Connect app.
3. To start the run:
• On watch: Run > Hold Menu (Middle Left) > Navigation > Courses.
• Select the route and select Do Course.
