Run Luv is a weekly easy-paced social run, meeting every Monday at 6pm. These runs are designed to be relaxed, inclusive, and welcoming for every type of runner.

We keep the pace comfortable and conversational, with regular regrouping so no one gets left behind. We carry a speaker to set the vibe, but the focus stays on enjoying the run, meeting new people, and starting the week on a positive note.

Whether you’re brand new to running, getting back into it, or just looking for a pressure-free social run, you’ll fit right in. No speed expectations, no egos, just movement and community.
