Ever finished a run feeling completely wiped, or unsure whether you’re eating enough, too little, or just the wrong things?
Well, this practical 60-minute session is designed to cut through the noise and give you clear, usable advice on fuelling your running properly.
Led by Sophie, a qualified nutritionist, this session will help you understand what your body actually needs to train well and recover properly. She will cover:
• Why energy dips and slow recovery are so common for runners
• How to match your food intake to your training load in a realistic, sustainable way
• Carbohydrates, protein and fats explained simply, using everyday foods
• Practical pre- and post-run fuelling ideas you can use straight away
• Hydration basics, including electrolytes and sports drinks
• A light touch on race-day preparation for longer runs
