Join the East London Engine Club! Hosted every Sunday at 10am at F45 Liverpool Street by our elite coaching team ?
These 60 minute workouts will be focused on getting you HYROX Race Ready!
From the 1st February - 15th March, we’ll be running Hyrox style sessions every Sunday for 7 weeks in the run up to Hyrox London on 29th March
Expect epic hyrbid sessions, plenty of variety, and the kind of training that leaves you fitter, faster, and ready for race day. See you in the studio!
