The run/walk starts at 7.30am, so be there and ready to go BEFORE then.
YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO COME EARLIER TO CATCH THE SUNRISE AT AROUND 7AM. WE WILL BE AT THE BEACH RIGHT IN FRONT OF MARINE COVE.
ROUTE OPTIONS
You can choose a route based on your fitness level
1) 3km for walkers
2) 5km for runners

By participating in the event, you understand that photography, video and audio recording may occur.
You are deemed to have given consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or for any other purpose(s) that REDCAN, its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives deems fit to use. You release REDCAN, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings.
ABOUT REDCAN RUN TOGETHER
REDCAN Run Together is an exercise initiative for REDCAN members to get to know each other and walk/run together.
We hold these at different timings and locations to vary it up a bit. All good fun. Each walk/run will be about 3-8km.
We'll arrange into group sizes consistent with Covid-19 regulations. Your medical okay to participate is your responsibility.
Remember: we're not about distance or pace, we're about cultivating healthy habits that create positive results every day.
