Kick start 2026 with a reset for your aura/biofield. Allow the sounds and vibrations of the bowls and gongs to lead you to greater harmony and balance as we begin 2026 and bring you closer to greater stillness, restfulness, mindfulness and silence.

This sound bath features gongs, singing bowls and crystal chimes. The different types of instruments provides a full frequency bath for your biofield, covering low/deep tones, mid tones and high tones.

No added vocalizing, singing, chanting or toning and also no angels, reiki, ascended masters, light healing or other types of modalities. Just the sound of the bowls and gongs.

This venue has limited number of yoga mats for you to lie down, but if you are worried about cleanliness it is of course advisable to bring your own towel or mat and any cushions or pillows you may need. Come in comfortable loose clothing and something to keep yourself warm if you find yourself easily chilled. Water for hydration.
