This is a multi-layered healing experience that blends red light therapy, infrared warmth, sound healing, and Reiki energy. You will be lying down comfortably while your body is immersed in gentle heat, therapeutic red light, and soothing sound frequencies, all while being held in a field of Reiki for deep energetic support.

As your body relaxes into the warmth, red light therapy works to support cellular repair, circulation, and overall vitality. Layered with the vibrational medicine of crystal singing bowls, chimes, your nervous system is guided into a state of deep rest and inner rejuvenation.

Throughout the experience, Reiki energy flows intuitively through the space supporting emotional release, energetic clearing, and heart-centered alignment.
