About this Event
Walk. Move. Breathe. Release. Restore.
Trail to Tide: A Guided Nature Reset
Step out of your routine and into a guided experience designed to help you reset your mind, body, and nervous system through nature, movement, breath, and sound.
In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, this immersive journey will guide you from a grounded beginning on the trail to a deeply restorative experience by the ocean.
The Experience
This is a guided, step-by-step journey designed to help you move through mental noise into clarity and calm.
We begin at the trailhead, where you’ll be welcomed into a supportive space with a short grounding practice to help you arrive, slow down, and connect.
🌿Trail- Walking Meditation
We’ll take a beginner-friendly walk through the trail with gentle guidance to bring your awareness into the present moment and the natural world around you.
🌊Tide- Arrival at the Beach
Your space will be prepared with a towel and eye mask so you can fully relax and settle in.
From here, the experience deepens through three intentional layers:
- Move → Somatic yoga to release tension and reconnect with your body
