⁣⁣ Join us for our monthly Full Moon Aerial Sound Bath, in partnership with Open Aerial Yoga, where you’ll have the chance to enjoy your sound bath experience completely suspended in the air.⁣

Date is set for Friday, April 3rd at 7:00pm-8:30pm

Enjoy the comfort of relaxing in your own aerial silk hammock provided by Open Aerial Yoga while being serenaded and soothed by the sacred sounds of Kyle Lam’s sound bath.⁣ Each silk is made up of premium material and is able to hold nearly any body weight and height in a comfortable position. You’ll have the assistance of an Open Aerial instructor to help you both get in and depart from your hammock.

Through sound baths, we work with the foundations of music using notes, harmonics, frequency, and vibration to create a powerful meditative journey that helps bring greater clarity and awareness to our minds and hearts. Alongside this benefit is a chance to get in touch with our emotional bodies, the relationship we have with them, and how we can better understand the messages behind them.⁣

Once we’ve processed and integrated the overall experience, we can then begin to make more conscious decisions that benefit our overall well-being.⁣

Entry is $75 for Hammock Spot

Open Aerial does provide blankets, neck pillows, and lavender eye pillows for your comfort. These are first come, first serve, so arrive early if you wish to utilize them. We suggest you wear minimal to no jewelry as well to prevent any potential damage to the aerial silks. Simply dress comfortably and you'll surrender into a deep state of relaxation.

• Eye Covering (this helps to maximize the meditation experience)⁣
• Water⁣
• Wear comfortable and loose clothing⁣

We will have a resident tarot reader offering tarot readings for this event as well. Feel free to arrive early to receive a reading or receive one after the sound bath concludes.

Please note: Open Aerial is located in near a major cross street and while we do our best to maintain a quiet environment, there may be the occasional street noise. Regardless, the majority of our sound bath experiences does overpower any street noise.
