This gathering marks a special milestone—three years of sobriety and the next evolution of my work as a space holder. I’m excited to introduce a shift in my business—from Home and Heal to The Realm of Intentions. Let’s celebrate by slowing down, tuning in, and embracing what’s next.

It’s time to play in nature, arrive in presence, and connect with heartfelt humans. During this event, you will be guided through somatic experiencing exercises designed to deepen awareness of your body and engage your senses.

⏳ 10:00-10:30 – Arrive & settle in
🌿 10:30-11:00 – Somatic experiencing exercise
💬 11:00-11:30 – Shares & connection
✨ Feel free to stay afterward for casual conversation and continued presence in nature.

✔ A blanket or yoga mat (if you’d like a comfortable place to sit)
✔ A journal for reflections (optional)
✔ Dress comfortably, with layers if needed for the weather
