Join me for a recovery-focused class designed to help your body move better, feel better, and recover from the demands of training and daily life.**
This class blends:
• MELT hand & foot work
• Deep stretch (yin-style holds)
• Gentle mobility exercises
We’ll focus on key areas that tend to get tight and overworked—hips, spine, shoulders, hands, and feet**—helping improve range of motion, reduce stiffness, and support overall recovery.
Perfect for:
• Jiujitsu athletes
• Active individuals
• Anyone with tight hips, sore joints, or limited mobility

3rd Saturdays | 9:00–10:00 AM (monthly deep reset)
