Chakra Balance: Yoga, Breathwork & Crystal Grid Workshop

Join me for a special 90-minute chakra balancing experience combining gentle yoga, breathwork, and crystal energy work.

In this workshop we’ll move through the seven main chakras with simple yoga poses, breathwork, and intention. Each chakra is connected to different aspects of our physical and emotional wellbeing, and this practice is designed to help bring balance to the whole system.

As we move through each chakra, you'll work with a different crystal. At the end of the practice we’ll build a personal crystal grid together, which you’ll take home as a reminder of the intention you set during the workshop.

We’ll close with a short journaling reflection and you’ll receive a chakra guide handout to support your continued practice.

This workshop is welcoming to all levels — no yoga experience needed.

Many people attend workshops like this on their own, so please feel comfortable coming solo — it’s a welcoming and supportive space.
