Release old stories about your body, restore your connection to your physical self, and feel empowered in your body, no matter what.
About this Event

From a very young age, women are told how their bodies should look, and what they should do and be in order to achieve that physical state. As a result, the connection to our intuition, the way we take care of ourselves, and the ability to offer our bodies acceptance and unconditional love has been muted.

Join Kat Libby and Marina Harmon for a transformative mini-retreat to release the old stories you tell yourself about your body and your worth. In this half-day session, you'll restore your connection to your physical self and leave feeling confident and empowered in your body, no matter what.

During this mini retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Reflect, explore and release the stories and thought patterns that are keeping you from a loving relationship with your body
  • Visualize and create new beliefs about your self, your body and your worth
  • Integrate and practice connecting with yourself and embodying these new, empowered beliefs
  • Experience connection, support and a safe space to process and transform

Despite what we’ve been told, there is nothing wrong with our bodies. This mini-retreat is a space for us to unravel these stories, create a deepened connection to the body’s intuition, and increase confidence and self trust in honoring our needs. You will leave grounded in the belief that you – and your body – are worthy and enough exactly as you are.

Methodologies include gentle movement, writing, guided visualization and Yoga Nidra. You will have the opportunity to process and share in a safe environment, but please know sharing is not at all required. Bring your journal and an open heart!
