Join Purposeful Living at Rejuuv-N March 7th at 10am for a nervous system reset to begin the new year with a calm and focused nervous system.
We will begin with Bianca Gutierrez guiding us through a session of breathwork. This will help you to let go of anything you may have carried over with you from 2025.
Breathwork truly helps heal the body by regulating the nervous system and improve your physical, mental, and spiritual health.
A few facts about breathwork:
* Reduces stress and anxiety
* Increases energy and boosts immunity
* Lowers blood pressure and improves circulation
* Helps pain management
* Strengthens lungs
* Improves mood and self esteem

We begin breathwork at 10am so come get your spot early.
At 11:15am Purposeful Living will be providing sound healing with crystal bowls, brass bowls, gong, wave instrument and many other instruments to allow your body to bathe in vibration.
This will help release all stress, trauma or drama and align your chakras (energy centers) as it creates alignment for your body, mind and soul.
At 12pm we invite you to enjoy the brand-new sauna at Rejuuv-N!
You can imagine all the benefits of a sauna around this time of year. Definitely removes pain from the body, clears out the lungs and recenters you to a natural state. Among other things it provides so much healing.
