Important Note: Our classes are strictly offered to patrons with military affiliation only. Participants MUST have access onboard military installations.

Healthy relationships have the potential to challenge us, help us grow, build connections, and make us feel supported and valued.

This refers to ALL the human connections we have in our lives, not just romantic ones. In this workshop attendees learn what makes a healthy relationship, how to develop strategies for self-monitoring and resolving conflict, the importance of creating and maintaining boundaries, and how to strengthen communication skills.
