Hickory Young Progressive Echelon (HYPE) ignites the spark: A free double feature of two NEWLY RELEASED short documentaries that crack open electoral reform and cross-aisle grit. First, a riveting 30-minute dive into ranked-choice voting (RCV), the game-changer ditching toxic two-party gridlock for fairer elections. 🗳 Followed by a punchy 15-minute spotlight on Bernie Sanders hitting Trump country, showing how progressive fire can bridge divides in deep-red heartland towns. Ideal for fueling talks on voter power, media myths, and flipping the script on politics-as-usual. A for fun informational launch event.
Post-Flicks Fire-Up: Laid-back circle to dissect the docs, trade reform ideas, meet each other, and if there's enough of us that hang around we can brainstorm HYPE's roadmap. 💡 So plan to stay after until 3 if you are interested in growing this into more than a Facebook group! ✊️
